Our services
Pave Dialer provides managed setup, configuration, deployment, and support for hosted dialer operations, including work with open-source dialer technologies, cloud telephony, CRM integrations, and reporting workflows. A dedicated Pave Dialer platform and mobile application are in development and not yet generally available.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for how your team uses calling systems, including consent, recording, and Do Not Call obligations.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for your outreach and industry.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of lead data and lists you use.
No compliance or performance guarantees
We help you build operational controls, but we do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance or specific business outcomes. Figures shown on this website are illustrative examples, not promises of results.
Service availability
Managed services depend on third-party infrastructure and software. While we work to keep operations reliable, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pave Dialer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Specific engagements may be governed by a separate agreement.
